Accountants have 24/7 access & can fully track the ‘refund’ from the time of lodgement of the return with the ATO through to disbursement of funds to the accountant’s & client’s nominated bank accounts, plus a complete reconciliation. A fee of $10 + GST applies to each transaction. We suggest this fee be added to the client’s Tax Invoice. The facility is ‘free’ to establish and if, after 3 months, the accountancy firm is happy with the service, a once only set-up fee of $399 applies.
